Hi I deposited £860 pound there was no issue when was I deposited then I withdrew £1800 I received a message it’s says you need to verify your identity i send all documents 5 times they still not verify them i send multiple times email no response nothing and they told me if i don’t want to verify my account they can close the claim and return me only £300 pound they not verifying my account but trying to send my £300 pound please I want my £1800
