I sent a withdrawal request on August 28, and I waited 5 days. Since the status of my payout did not change for 5 days, I contacted casino support on September 2 and they told me that they sent my request to their finance department for faster processing. After waiting the next 4 days, I checked the payment status again and saw that it was canceled on September 6. Again, there was a lot of contacting the support staff on chat and via email, where they gave me different explanations, such as that they had technical problems and unforeseen circumstances.
It seems like a perfect scam.
I am still waiting for my payout to be resolved and the money was never returned to my casino account.
I am asking for help in this case.
