My current complaint is related to my previous two against the operator Dexterbet, which have already been posted on the Gamblescope website.
I am attempting to withdraw my balance from Dexterbet, but for over 3 months now, this hasn't happened.
My last withdrawal request is for €3,000 and was made on May 16th. Today is August 21st.
I haven't received the funds nor any response from the bookmaker.
I believe all reasonable payment deadlines have already passed, and that's why I am once again reaching out to Gamblescope for assistance.
